Subprocessor List

Kasplo uses service providers to support delivery of the Services. The providers below fall within this list where they process Customer Personal Data on Kasplo’s behalf, as described in the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).
Processing depends on the service used and the information provided to that service. Corporate suppliers used solely for Kasplo’s independent business operations are covered by the Privacy Policy, where applicable.

The locations above relate to each provider’s relevant service configuration. Data processed by one provider is not necessarily shared with every other provider. International processing remains subject to the DPA and applicable transfer safeguards.
Changes and objections
The DPA governs subprocessor authorisation, safeguards and objections. Section 6 of the DPA provides at least 15 calendar days’ prior written notice before a new or replacement subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data, subject to its stated process. Updating this page does not replace that notice or Customer’s right to object.
This list does not expand permitted processing purposes, override agreed location restrictions or replace required international-transfer safeguards.
