Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated 3 November 2026
Kasplo Internet Private Limited (“Kasplo”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in connection with kasplo.com, our services and our business relationships.
This policy covers website visitors, people who contact us, account users and business contacts. Kasplo is responsible for information used for its own sales, account administration, billing, support and business operations.
We also process information on behalf of clients using our communication platform. For that information, the client generally acts as controller and Kasplo as processor or service provider. Section 4 explains this role.
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:
Contact and account details: name, business email, phone number, company, role, login credentials and account permissions.
Billing and service records: billing address, tax details, subscribed services, usage, invoices, payment references and payment status.
Enquiries and correspondence: information provided in forms, meeting requests, support conversations and feedback.
Technical information: IP address, approximate location, browser or device details, page visits, timestamps, login events and service activity.
We receive information from you, your organisation, authorised integrations and your use of our website or services. Business contact information may also come from referrals and public professional sources. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries; provide, administer and support our services; manage billing and business relationships; communicate relevant updates and offers; understand website and service use; improve reliability; prevent fraud and abuse; protect our systems; and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Where EEA or UK law applies, our lawful bases depend on the purpose: performing a contract with you or taking requested pre-contract steps; legal obligations; legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our business, balanced against your rights; or consent where required.
You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Without information necessary for a requested service, we may be unable to provide that service.
Clients may provide recipient details, profiles, preferences, consent records, messages, delivery and engagement events, and information from connected stores or other integrations. Enabled features may record email opens or link clicks and support segmentation, journeys and analysis.
We process this information to provide, secure and support services for that client, follow its documented lawful instructions and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell client recipient lists or use them for Kasplo’s own marketing. Client processing is governed by the applicable service agreement and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
Clients are responsible for the notices, permissions and lawful basis required for their communications. If you received a message from a Kasplo client, contact that sender about its use of your information. You may also contact us for help identifying the sender, reporting abuse or exercising rights that apply directly against Kasplo.
Cookies and similar storage may support security, sign-in and preferences. Blocking necessary storage may affect the relevant features. Our public website uses Framer’s built-in cookie-free audience statistics to understand traffic and website use.
Where enabled, third-party website tools support enquiry management and visitor analytics. We provide information about optional tracking and obtain consent where required by law. Browser settings can also control cookies, although disabling them may affect some features.
We disclose information where appropriate to the purpose and permitted by law, including to:
Providers supporting hosting, website operation, CRM, communications, customer support, payments, accounting and other business services.
Your organisation’s authorised administrators and users, according to account permissions.
Authorised integrations and the mail servers, carriers or messaging platforms needed to deliver communications.
Advisers, auditors or authorities where necessary for advice, legal obligations, valid legal requests or protection against unlawful activity.
Parties involved in a proposed or completed business transfer, with appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards.
Providers processing information on our behalf receive access appropriate to their work and are subject to applicable contractual protections. Providers handling client data are covered by the relevant client processing arrangements.
External websites and independently operated connected services have their own privacy notices. Kasplo remains responsible for processing it controls or delegates to its processors.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose or required by law. This depends on the relationship, service requirements, security needs, unresolved matters and applicable tax, accounting or legal obligations.
Client data retention follows the applicable service agreement and processing terms. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, subject to lawful retention requirements. Protected backups follow their deletion lifecycle, and limited suppression records may be retained to respect communication preferences.
We maintain technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks, including controls for access, confidentiality, resilience and security review. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We provide incident notifications as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.
Kasplo’s core application hosting is in India, subject to any different express deployment agreement. Website operation, business providers, authorised integrations and delivery infrastructure may involve processing in other countries.
We respect agreed data-location commitments and applicable transfer requirements. Where required, transfers must have recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the relevant UK transfer instrument. Contact us for details of applicable locations and safeguards, including how to obtain a copy.
You can unsubscribe from Kasplo’s promotional emails using the instructions in the message or by contacting support@kasplo.com. For other promotional channels, use the available opt-out or contact us. We obtain consent where required.
Necessary account, billing, security and service communications may continue. Kasplo’s marketing preferences are separate from preferences held by clients using our platform.
Depending on applicable law and our role, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability; withdraw consent; object to processing; or exercise applicable protections concerning profiling and automated decisions. Rights have conditions and exceptions.
Send requests to support@kasplo.com. We may proportionately verify your identity or authority. Requests concerning client recipient information are normally handled with the client. We explain our response, any lawful restriction and available appeal route within the required period. Requests are normally free, and authorised representatives may act where permitted.
India: Applicable rights include grievance redressal and other rights as the relevant data-protection provisions take effect. Grievances covered by the SPDI Rules are addressed expeditiously and within one month.
EEA and UK: You may object at any time to direct marketing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Rights requests are answered within one month, subject to permitted extensions.
US: Applicable state rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-outs from sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising these rights. Applicable California access or deletion requests are generally answered within 45 days, subject to lawful extensions.
You may complain to the relevant data protection authority or competent body. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our website and business services are not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information directly to Kasplo without required authorisation. Client-supplied children’s or sensitive information remains subject to the agreed service scope, lawful instructions and additional protections required by law.
We update this policy when our practices or requirements change and revise the date above. Material changes are communicated as required by law. An update does not replace consent required for a new purpose or change client processing commitments outside the governing agreement.
