Step 1: Accessing the review option for product After connecting your eCommerce site with Kasplo reviews, customers can see the product reviews widget under each product. Step 2: Writing and submitting reviews By clicking “Write A Review” customers can rate the site, share their thoughts, and submit their feedback. Step 3: Review moderation You’ll receive the submitted feedback on the Kasplo reviews dashboard. Legitimate reviews can be published, while others can be rejected. Step 4: Commenting on reviews As the owner, you can reply back to the customer review by leaving comments and addressing feedback publicly or privately. Note: Publicly: Publish the review on the website along with your comments. Privately: Sends your comments to customers individually via email. Clicking the reviews icon opens a widget where you can see your existing reviews collected on your store. How to import reviews into the Kasplo reviews app? In this article Step 1: Export reviews from your previous platform Step 2: Importing reviews into Kasplo You will learn: Switching to Kasplo doesn’t mean losing your existing reviews. You can import and display all your existing site and product reviews in your Kasplo reviews platform. Step 1: Export reviews from your previous platform Export them from your previous platform as a CSV file. Make sure the exported file matches the format of the sample CSV file given below. Click here to download the sample file. Step 2: Importing reviews into Kasplo Follow these steps to import reviews from the CSV file into the Kasplo reviews. From the Kasplo reviews dashboard go to “Settings” Select “Import reviews” On the choose the import review type dropdown select “Review” Click on “Browse” to upload the CSV file Click on “Import file” Once the import process is successful, the imported reviews will appear in the moderation section. From there, you can choose to publish or reject reviews according to your preference.  Note: For reviews with “Approved” or “Rejected” in the status column of your CSV, they’ll be automatically placed in the corresponding bucket. Step 1: Accessing the widget editor Follow the flow below to access the review widget editor: Open Kasplo reviews platform Go to “Settings” Click on “Looks & Feel” There, you can customize the review widgets to suit your preferences. Step 2: Change the look & feel of your product reviews 2.1: Choose the status for your product reviews widget:  Select “Active” to display the review widget in your store.   Select “Inactive” to hide the review widget. Font family: Select your desired font style for displaying the reviews. Star color: Choose your preferred color for the star ratings. Button color: Set the color for the submit/next button. Button title color: Change the text color on the submit/next button. Step 3: Change the look & feel of your site reviews 3.1: Like product reviews, you can set the status for your site reviews widget and customize its appearance to match your brand.
